We value honesty in any form. You will have access to our working documents (spreadsheets where we communicate with candidates) to see the pace and volume of work completed.
Result Guarantee
We are committed to finding the right person who meets your business needs and takes responsibility for fulfilling them. However, if during the first month of the trial period you realize that the candidate is not suitable for you, we will guarantee finding a replacement.

We handle all stages of candidate selection and maintain two-way communication during the candidate’s onboarding and adaptation process. If a candidate fails to meet their responsibilities or perform their job adequately, our agency guarantees to find a suitable replacement within one month.
2. We also have a new and unique service called “Candidate Database.” Our recruiters create a candidate profile, conduct an up-to-date market scan for the position, select the most suitable professionals, and conduct phone interviews with them. We then provide you with the prepared candidates, including their information and interview responses. The final selection and hiring of the candidate will be done by the client.
