We value honesty in any form. You will have access to our working documents (spreadsheets where we communicate with candidates) to see the pace and volume of work completed.
Result Guarantee
We are committed to finding the right person who meets your business needs and takes responsibility for fulfilling them. However, if during the first month of the trial period you realize that the candidate is not suitable for you, we will guarantee finding a replacement.

We handle all stages of candidate selection and maintain two-way communication during the candidate’s onboarding and adaptation process. If a candidate fails to meet their responsibilities or perform their job adequately, our agency guarantees to find a suitable replacement within one month.
2. Urgent Hiring — a format for situations when a position needs to be filled as quickly as possible. We create the vacancy profile, conduct the search and initial screening, communicate with candidates and verify their fit. As a result, you receive 3–5 candidates ready for an interview within 2 weeks. The final selection and hiring remain on the client’s side.
