The recruitment process consists of several stages: conducting a briefing and describing the candidate profile, creating the job vacancy and publishing it, creating a test assignment if necessary, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing the job offer, and assisting with the candidate’s onboarding and adaptation.
We prepare the job offer for the candidate if your company does not have a predefined offer for that position. The drafted document is then reviewed and approved by the client.
If the one-month guarantee period has expired, our team does not actively search for a replacement for the employee. However, we provide the client with all the accumulated materials, such as the job vacancy, candidate profile, interview question list, and a database of suitable candidates, which can be used in case the position needs to be re-opened.
The onboarding process is the responsibility of the client. However, during the first month, we maintain partial communication with both the candidate and the client to ensure a smooth integration. We check in to see if the collaboration is going well and address any concerns. It’s important to note that we do not provide training for candidates or manage the onboarding process with the company and its team.

We are not a recruitment agency, so we do not assist with job searches for candidates. However, we can help you create a strong resume that clearly showcases your skills and abilities without unnecessary information. No, we do not specialize in recruiting IT professionals. We focus on digital and non-tech positions. However, we can help you find a good IT recruiter who specializes in the IT industry.
